CELL-F CENTER FUND:
Dr. Pat Cerasoli returned to The Council his honorarium for his lecture “The Science and Logic of Chiropractic” which he performed for the Council at a number of different locations. In an effort to honor Dr. Cerasoli and his love for Chiropractic
in perpetuity, the Council's Board decided to use this returned honorarium as seed money for the Cell-F Center Fund. The Cell-F Center Fund will provide for the newly licensed Doctor of Chiropractic the first year Council Membership Dues. This Fund will be a scholarship award. This fund will pay the new DC's annual council dues for their first year allowing them to receive the full benefits of Council Membership, at no charge! This will go a long way to ensuring the initial success of a doctor new in practice.
The Cell-F Center Fund will be an ongoing award available to all new first years DC's by application. The application plus a paper on any philosophical tenet of chiropractic must be submitted for review. Upon review this scholarship will be awarded to the DC who demonstrates superior understanding and commitment to communicating the chiropractic message. All Council Members are encouraged to support this fund by contributing at District Meetings, at Council Based Seminars or at Convention. There will be a collection container at each location and event for donations to the fund. We expect that all Doctors of Chiropractic who understand the contributrion that Dr. Pat has brought to Chiropractic for the past 61 years will participate in this attempt to honor this amazing Chiropractic Renaissance Man. We believe that following Dr. Pat Cerasoli's example of helping Chiropractors succeed and sharing the Chiropractic philosophy is the best way to honor him. These donations can be based on the number of new patients from each health talk or on a monthly basis. Pick a method that you feel represents your commitment to Chiropractic.

DD said Chiropractic is founded on TONE. He defined the tone of the nerve as it was stretched from a place of ease like a guitar string and the tone of the entire system is affected. DD gave us our definitions of Innate, educated and Universal intelligence as his definitions of God and God's expression inside of all of us and all things. DD set the precedence for growth that ChirorpacTIC will be at the forefront of the evolution of Man. BJ had the Big Idea that with ChiropracTIC we can change the world. If I relieve a vertebral subluxation in you the way your life has changed will effect everyone you come in contact with and all that that person comes in contact with and so on and so on, to effectively change the world. Pasquale Cerasoli relates tone as being important to breakup and remove the debris or impurities within us. "It makes life a little sweeter." I am a student of Pasquale Cerasoli and I recognize the evolution of ChirporacTIC and Man, but still I realize how important it is to remain pure as done by HAND (the Hand of GOD). DD is our father, BJ is our brother and Pasquale is our teacher. We all
have to stand together as Men and brother and sisters for what we believe in.
